Ingredients
  

  • 2 CUPS JASMINE RICE
  • 1 14 OZ CAN COCONUT MILK (full fat)
  • 2 CUPS WATER
  • 1 1/2 TSP SALT

Instructions
 

  • Thoroughly rinse rice in cold water. Transfer to 2-quart sauce pan and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer. Cover and cook until tender ... about 20 minutes.
